As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on the service package selected:

• Fixed Price Projects: Payment milestones as agreed in the project contract
• Time & Material: Billing on agreed time intervals (weekly/monthly)
• Dedicated Team: Monthly retainer fees as specified in the agreement
• Fixed Budget: Payment schedule aligned with project deliverables

All payments are due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified in writing.

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:

• You retain ownership of your existing intellectual property
• Foxtra retains ownership of our proprietary AI technologies and methodologies
• Custom developments created specifically for you will be transferred upon full payment
• Both parties agree to respect each other's intellectual property rights

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, customer data, and any other information marked as confidential.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxtra's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

13. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all outstanding payments and must cease using our proprietary technologies and methodologies.
